Dry monsoon: will commence from Monday owing to the severe rainfall deficit reported from across the state, minister N Cheluvarayaswamy said. ರಾಜ್ಯಾದ್ಯಂತ ತೀವ್ರ ಮಳೆ ಕೊರತೆ ವರದಿಯಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಮೋಡ ಬಿತ್ತನೆ ಆರಂಭವಾಗಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವ ಎನ್. ಚೆಲುವರಾಯಸ್ವಾಮಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
