AICTE: ಅಖಿಲ ಭಾರತ ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಮಂಡಳಿ ದೇಶಾದ್ಯಂತ 58 ಎಂಜಿನಿಯರಿಂಗ್ ಹಾಗೂ ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹಂತ-ಹಂತವಾಗಿ ಮುಚ್ಚಲು ಅನುಮತಿ ನೀಡಿದೆ. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಎರಡು ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳು ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿವೆ. AICTE has approved phased closure of 58 engineering and technical colleges across India, including two in Karnataka.
