Yashwanthrayagowda Patil: ಇಂಡಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್‌ ಶಾಸಕ ಯಶವಂತರಾಯಗೌಡ ಪಾಟೀಲ್ ರಾಜೀನಾಮೆ, Congress MLA has submitted his resignation from the Karnataka Assembly, protesting the exclusion of Indi and Chadachana taluks in Vijayapura district from the drought-hit list. He said repeated appeals to declare the two taluks drought-affected had not received the desired response.
